Data deletion
You can ask Sunday Shifts to delete your personal information at any time, including data received through Instagram.
How to request deletion
- Email privacy@sundayshifts.com with the subject "Data deletion request."
- Include the email address on your Sunday Shifts account, or your Instagram username if you connected Instagram or commented on a creator's post.
- We will confirm we received your request within 3 business days, and may ask you to verify that the account is yours.
We complete deletion within 30 days and email you when it's done. We may keep limited records we are legally required to keep, such as payment and tax records.
Disconnect Instagram
To stop Sunday Shifts from accessing your Instagram account right away, open Instagram, go to Settings, then Apps and websites, and remove Sunday Shifts. When the connection is removed, we stop using it and delete the stored access token.
What gets deleted
- Your profile and account details
- Your connected Instagram account information and access token
- Messages, applications, and campaign content you created, unless another party needs part of it for an active booking or a legal record
- Property inquiries you submitted, which we also remove from the receiving agent's Sunday Shifts inbox
